“Tits Out for Ullr” is a phrase that celebrates our Bodies and Ullr (snow) coming together to give us the gift of skiing. It’s about honoring and loving our bodies. Paying less attention to the external judgements surrounding us and paying more attention to our health and feelings. “Tits Out for Ullr” is a reminder to be grateful for our bodies because its our bodies that allow us to do things that make life fun. They give us the ability to eat delicious food, embrace a loved one, dance to music, see the views from the tops of the mountains,and of course ski deep powder!

Tits Out for Ullr is a campaign to fight body shaming and start body loving. It’s about letting go of what we’re supposed to do and be and about going after what we really want and who we want to be. I like to think of it as the ski bum’s version of Hakuna Matata(“which means no worries”).

And I have found that a tried and true method for letting go of these social standards is to dump your tits out and show them to Ullr! Don’t worry, the snow gods do not discriminate, they love all bodies. From my experience I can tell you that there is nothing as freeing and invigorating as skiing naked! It’s like giving the middle finger to our cultural standards that shame and control us. And taking back our lives- feeling confident and free.

Does the idea of skiing naked scare you ? Well that’s the point. Because the magic happens when we push through our fear and send it big!

And the best part is that Ullr and the snow gods love and reward those of us who participate with lots of snow!
